Juan G. Creixell MBA, CCIM
Mr. Creixell serves as the managing partner for CSA Realty Group where his principal functions are to manage the business and affairs of the Corporation within the guidelines established by the Partners; Recommend to the Partners strategic directions for the Corporation´s business; Develop and implement operational policies to guide de Corporation within the limits prescribed by the By-Laws and the framework of the strategic directions adopted by the Board; direct and monitor the activities of the Corporation in a manner such that agreed upon targets are met and such assets of the Corporation are safeguarded and optimized in the best interest of all the partners.. In his forty years in the real estate industry, Mr. Creixell has been active in real estate management, development, construction, and investment in the Unites States and in Mexico. Prior to forming CSA Realty Group, Mr. Creixell served as President of Komar Development a multi-national real estate development and Management Company based in Austin, Texas where he was responsible for all investment decisions and portfolio management.
Mr. Creixell, a native of Mexico, holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and Regional Development from the University of Texas at Austin and graduated Cum Laude from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City where he received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. He is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, of the Texas Real Estate Commission, The National Parking Association, and The Texas Apartment Association and is a CCIM designate. Some of Mr. Creixell projects have attained national attention and have been published by Commercial Investment magazine. In 1999, Mr. Creixell was awarded by the Austin Business Journal “The Best Community Real Estate Deal” for the Austin Theater renovation project on So. Congress Avenue, in Austin.
